Hi Ana1592, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that you are looking to restore your Apple Music playlists.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you. How long was your Apple Music inactive before you renewed your subscription?

Let's check if Sync Library is already enabled on your device.

How to turn on Sync Library on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Music.
  4. Turn on Sync Library.
  5. iPhone showing Music Settings and Sync Library turned on

You can use this article as reference: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices

If you are still unable to get your playlists back, it is likely that you'll have to recreate your playlists.

Take care!
