Why cant I watch "Short Treks" with my Paramount Plus Subscription on my Apple TV App? Other Star trek show appear, even the Ready Room shows-but not the Short Treks. Thanks

Showtime subscription through Apple TV+ bundle not working I subscribe to Showtime and Paramount+ through the Apple TV+ bundle. Normally I watch Showtime shows through the Apple TV app, but I haven't in a while. Today I was unable to access any Showtime content through the Apple TV+ app (the button under Watch Now for Showtime). I don't have a separate Showtime sign in, so I can't access it through the regular Showtime app. I checked in my Apple TV+ Account and it says my Paramount+ and Showtime subscriptions are active. I've even looked on Paramount+, and they tell me to access Showtime through Apple TV+. I've tried everything I can think of for the past 2 hrs, but I can't figure out how to access my paid Showtime subscription. What can I do to watch Showtime?

Paramount subscription not recognized in Up Next on Apple TV I subscribed to Paramount plus from Apple. On my apple TV device, I can watch episodes through the Paramount Plus app. The episode is registered properly in "up Next" groups on Apple TV device. When I try to watch the episode through up next, it says I need to buy a subscription for Paramount plus. If I go back to access via the paramount app, my subscription is recognized.

Latest Apple TV update broke access to Paramount Plus shows To watch Star Trek Strange New Worlds Apple TV played it through Paramount Plus, which I am subscribed to through Apple TV. Now after the latest update the link to the program takes me to Prime and asks me to subscribe to Paramount Plus through Prime instead. Please advise how to fix. [Edited by Moderator]

Hey there Tony,

We are unsure of exactly what's happening with that show on your Paramount subscription, if the show doesn't appear at all, this is something for which you'll need to reach out to Paramount Support regarding their content.

If the show does appear, what exactly is the issue occurring when you try playing the episodes? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand what's happening.
