Blocked contact still show up on Apple Watch
How do I stop receiving messages on my Apple Watch from someone I blocked on my iPhone? Or how to block someone on my watch?

Your Apple Watch should mirror any contacts that you have blocked on your paired iPhone. This article has some more info on how you can block someone: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If these are still coming through as SMS or MMS messages, you may want to reach out to your carrier to see if they can block them on their end.
