I just bought some songs on iTunes but not only do the songs not show up in my Library, but I found that they were converted into Ringtones when I specifically said not to in the notification that popped up after I purchased each one. I want this fixed, please.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

I tried. It won't let me download any of my recent purchases. I tried reporting the issue to Apple but they don't have my issue listed in there drop down menu so I don't know how to I should report it.
Try to -> Redownload music in the iTunes Store app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
