IOS 16.2 iphone 14 pro max, problems with gps

I have problems with gps accuracy since version 16.1. The accuracy of gps is just terrible, when I'm indoors my iphone can't show where I am on the maps, I have to bring it close to the window so that it starts showing where I am. There are no such problems with other phones in the same room. I tried to reset the geolocation, disable and enable mobile communications, restart the phone. Now I'm on version 16.2 and the problem has not gone away.
