Refund denied and can't cancel the subscription

I downloaded the Lensa AI app but never used it, I uninstalled it the same day. However, I was never able to cancel the trial and they charged me the subscription and iTunes told me it's not eligible for a refund.

In the screenshot you see I can't cancel the subscription either.

What can I do in this case?

Refund subscription for an app that changed in worse I bought a subscription for Duolinguo but with the last update this app has become very bad and it isn't anymore what I paid for before. I canceled the subscription but I don't see why I have still to pay for the remaining 9 month for something that I won't use any more. And on the page to ask for a refund I can't ask a refund for it because it doesn't appear in the list of the purchases available for the refund. WHY? This is my first subscription by Apple but in the real world when you cancel a subscription you get refunded for what you won't use, this is how the real world is working! Why by Apple I have to pay for something that I won't use any more and above all because they changed they app to be worse!

Can I get a refund from an app that I deleted a long time ago but forgot to cancel the subscription? I deleted the application a long time ago, and when my e-money account was filled with money, my money was immediately taken for that subscription. I have applied for a refund, but it was rejected. I mean what is the reason they refuse? Did they not look into it further? Even though I have deleted the application and I am not using the premium features, then why should it be rejected? I didn't do any cheating, such as using the premium features and just requesting a refund. what is the reason they refused my refund?
