You need a 2012 Macbook Pro to run Mojave. If the article lined at the top of this page does not help identify your computer model, please do "About this Mac..." from your Apple menu and tell us what that shows for "SUB-MODEL."
macOS 13 "Ventura requires at least a 2017 or newer Macbook Pro. From Apple's Ventura page:
The reason old computers cannot run new OS versions is the newer OS versions take advantage of the latest hardware to continually improve performance and capability. Old Macs do not have the hardware required.
if your info is correct, a 2011 MBP cannot run macOS 13. furthermore, it is only supported to run High Sierra. so if those facts are correct and you do indeed have Mojave on the Mac, you are currently using an unsupported macOS which is contrary to the macOS license agreement, so we cannot help you in these forums.
