Emoji’s can be used iOS pages. Just a littler tricky to get it there. It will require that you have iOS and a Mac.

Not a question just a reply to how to insert and Emoji into a Pages document in iOS.


What I found: I opened Pages on my Mac and then open my document which I was using on my iPad. On the Mac and went up to the top of the screen selected “Edit”, scrolled down to “Emoji & Symbols”. Opened it to my list and selected the (☧) symbol and inserted it into the document into the Header just as a test. I then copied and pasted it into the document. It worked every time. I left it in the header because I use the symbol frequently and it is nice to have it at the header/footer on any page in Pages that I’m on and copy and past it from there.




I’m sure that you could add as many as you wish into the Header of Footer. But for now I’m jus t sticking with the one ☧.

You might want to create a text replacement for it in system preferences > keyboard > text > replace with
