Hi JadeR03,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Does this happen after any movement that could possibly alert your Apple Watch to a hard fall? Does it occur after you are immobile for a period of time? We're asking to see if it might be related to this information in Use Fall Detection with Apple Watch. "If your Apple Watch detects that you're moving, it waits for you to respond to the alert and won't automatically call emergency services. If your watch detects that you've been immobile for about a minute, it will make the call automatically"

When this happens, do you see Emergency SOS on your iPhone? If so, it might be related to the information found in Use Emergency SOS on your iPhone.

If the same continues, this may be something that Apple will need to look in to further. You can reach out from Apple Support.

Take care.
