Target Circle Members 4 months Free Apple Music Trial only giving 3 months. Anyone else having this problem?

Any Target Circle Members redeeming the free 4 months Apple Music Trial and only getting 3 months free not 4? Apple blames Target and Target blames Apple. No one at either company want to help find a solution.

Similar questions

"Payment & Shipping" asking to download "Music" from "App Store". In: "Settings" / "Apple ID" / "Payment & Shipping" . This message pops up when I select "Payment & Shipping". It asks to download "Music" from "App Store". Just curious why. I haven't used "Music" app for anything.
