It's highly unlikely anyone has any restored or refurbished iPhone 14s at this point in its lifespan.

You can verify by looking at the Model Number in Settings->General->About->Model Number

If it starts with a letter "M" it's newly manufactured, if it starts with an "F" its been refurbished by Apple.
