Will blocking someone turn off workout sharing?
If you are blocked by someone will the workout sharing also turn off? Or will you still get notifications from shared people even if they have blocked you?

If you have blocked a contact, you may have already stopped sharing your activity updates as well. To be sure, you can use the iOS 16 Safety Check feature to review which apps and people you are sharing data with.
