iPhone data leak warning but not websites I use or have passwords for

This morning I got a security warning on my iPhone about data leaks for one website "rockview.com" and an IP address "203.196.37.124' I have published them because I have never accessed those sites, until this morning; and have never used a password for them.

This morning I tried to google both and could not access the IP address ("took too long") and the web address gave me a different website with a message window asking me if I wanted to claim that domain.

Does this mean the security system is being hacked? Or is there something else going on.

It means you probably got a scam warning from a criminal hoping you would click a link or buy a useless app.→Avoid phishing emails, fake ‘virus‘ alerts, phony support calls, and other scams
