Mail says “You sent this Today at 7:21pm” suddenly on old messages

Hi, I am having an issue where messages I sent days ago are popping up to the top of my mailbox saying that it was just now sent with a “Follow up” button next to the message. These are messages that were sent and people have replied to them, so what on earth is going on? Here’s an example of a message I sent on Monday:

Anyone know what is going on here? This was sent on Monday.

Hello Gtzpower,

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

1. Does this happen with all messages, or only ones from certain contacts?

2. Were any changes made to your device before this started? If so, what changes were made?

3. Which iOS version is your device running at this time? This link explains how to check, and may help: Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

The above details will help us plan how to proceed.

If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device so we can determine if that improves the issue at all. Restarting can help correct several issues. This link will guide you through how to restart: Restart your iPhone
