Unable to record voice but can call without any issue

I got a situation here where:

1. I can't record any voice or sound with apps like Whatsapp, Line, Voice Memos, Wesing.
2. I can make video call via Whatsapp but the person on the line is not able to hear any sound from my side.
3. I can make any kind of call like Whatsapp call, Line call, phone call without any issue. The person on the line can hear my voice clearly.
4. I can do video recording without any issue

I have check all the microphone settings, all are turned on.

What is actually went wrong? please help.
