Safari won´t Update the App Store

Hello all! I´m having trouble updating the app store. When I open the app store, a message appears: "The Apple Store app has been updated" Download the new version on the app store. So I click on the update bottom and it takes me to safari. It's then when Safari says: "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid". I did almost everything, download the new ios version, the screen time settings, etc... any idea? Thank you very much! This is for my Ipad Mini, thanks again
