Apple TV Box with multiple remotes

I cannot get the Apple TV box to play on my friends TV. I thought maybe she had cable but all she has is Apple TV with three different remotes. And a little tiny silver Apple TV remote and box. It’s supposed to be on an HDMI one but I’m still getting just an LG cube with no signal. I have tried to change the input on the number of different remotes and that is probably my problem. How do I restore the Apple TV signal on the LG TV?

Do you know the exact model Apple TV she has? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support.

Do you know the model TV? Then we can check specifications, if needed.

Verify that the Apple TV box started up properly, by looking for the status light on the front. It should be glowing continuously.

If the Apple TV box is connected to HDMI-1 on the TV (there should be a number beside each HDMI port), then set the TV to take input from HDMI-1 by using the TV remote to make that setting on the TV*. If the resolution settings are valid (matching what the TV can do), then it should show something on screen from the Apple TV box.

* Connect device to TV guide - LG Support

Step 6: [Home]/[⚙]﹥Input﹥All Inputs﹥select a connected device
then edit and (re-)name it.

Step 7: Once configured, it should be selectable directly from the Input menu.
