I have just purchased a MacBook and want to transfer my contacts on my iPhone/iPad. These were set up in by card.internet.com but on checking my iCloud none of these are being backed up. I also cannot see how I change this. Please advise.

Contacts aren't part of the backup, since they are synced to either the cloud or mail program.
