Most do not. Even if you use the supplied cable with your Apple Watch, you'll need a 20w USB C charger for the charging puck to fast charge your Apple Watch. When buying charging stands, if it doesn't say it specifically is designed to fast charge Apple Watch, you can pretty much be assured it won't fast charge Apple Watch.
