iPhone 13 Pro Max Camera issues

For some reason my iPhone can no longer use a lot of its camera functions.

For example, I can’t take pictures using the 0.5x zoom. However, I can still take a video using the 0.5x. Also when taking a video I can go right up to 2.9x, but it reverts back to 2x when I try to get it to do 3x. The largest I can zoom in is 5x when in photo mode. Panoramic can ONLY do 1x and 0.5x.

I already tried factory resetting, restarting and I even already had my phone sent to apple to fix. My phone was fixed for maybe 3-4 months, but then the issues came back. I was still under warranty, but when I sent my phone back to apple, they rejected my warranty because my phone had a little water damage. You would think that because it didn’t work the first time that they would try again without charging me a couple hundred dollars.

Does anyone have any solutions for my problem?
