It sounds like you're having trouble playing videos on your device. If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone. Although simple, this step can help correct some unexpected issues. It's also a good idea to make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version, since this can help with overall performance: Apple security updates. How to manually update apps on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
You can further isolate the issue by testing on another network. This will let you know if the issue is related to the network your iPhone is currently connected to.
