An IP Address would be dynamically assigned to your iPhone by a local network's router. Amongst other things, it allows your phone to send/receive communications over a network and the Internet.

You can think of an IP Address to be analogous to a street address.

You can find out what it is currently set for at Settings > Wi-Fi > IP Address

Where exactly are you seeing these three IP Addresses?

Just to be sure we are in sync, an IP Address would look something like: 192.168.1.100. This would be for the IPv4 scheme. For IPv6 Addresses, it would be something like: 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334

On the other hand a MAC (Media Access Control) Address would be something like: nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn
