my friends order 2 iphone 14 pro max, one week late then mine and its already shipped. my order is still in process and money already deducted week ago. every this is common in both of our order apart from Names. can not understand Apple logic behind this.
You're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of your orders/transactions with Apple.

iphone order are not action first come first serve basis which is wrong
