How can i book a genius bar session at Castle Towers store?

Just need to know how to book a genius bar session at Castle Towers store to help re-activate wifes old iPhone 6 for son?

You can do it:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting that Apple Store:--> https://castletowers.qicre.com/Stores/Retail-Stores/apple#/location/{DBEFE690-D4F0-4666-A068-0DFF6A5DE92D} ;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
