Old iPhone and ipad/ old iTunes account

I've just found my old ipad and iPhone. I can't get onto them as my old iTunes account is locked. Also I have a new number so I can't get a verification text. Also I don't have access to my old email address. What can I do to get back into the phone and ipad?

Also I have a new number so I can't get a verification text.

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

-> edit your new trusted phone number.

Also I don't have access to my old email address.

It depends on what you did with your 'old email address'. If you have deleted it, it is no longer valid, it simply no longer exists and it no longer works.

If you stil have / know that old email address, check your Apple ID via your email box, see this Apple article: If you forgot your Apple ID
