Why can’t I subscribe the Notability ?
When I try to subscribe Notability on my iPad Pro
it showed “Restore Failed Your purchase could not be found by Apple.”

If you're looking to resubscribe to a subscription you've had previously, the following steps should help:
1: Tapor your picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions.
You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
2: Choose a subscription, then do any of the following:
• Change or cancel an existing subscription.
• Resubscribe to an expired subscription.
• Share an eligible App Store subscription with other family members in your Family Sharing group.
