Netflix is not playing HD in Safari, M1 Macbook Air

Hi, I have an UltraHD Plan with Netflix and still HD streaming is not working. Have a 100 Mbps internet plans as well and I'm constantly getting 90+ Mbps. Tried all the steps with troubleshooting, contacted bot Apple and Netflix support. Nothing seems to work.

Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura update? Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura Version 13.0.1 update? Pages just don't load. I erased the cookies, history, everything and still nothing. Thank you!
