Apple Watch last location is not updated

Hi Folks,

I lost my Apple Watch. But what’s concerning me is the last location is shown is of my home 16 Dec 6:36 where I left home at 8:10 and inbetween I even answered calls on my iwatch 7 gps+Cellular and replied to text it even reported heart rate at 8:49. But last location is not updated.

I contacted Apple India customer care they are of no help not able to answer basic and hung up the calls.

Any reason why last location was not updated ?
