Why do all my fast charger boxes suddenly stop working?

this is my third box I’ve been continuously buying these fast charger boxes from Apple but it doesn’t take long for them to just stop working for no reason. Now at first I thought it was the charger but all chargers work fine the box was working fine all the way up until now where it won’t charge anything at all. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? I don’t wanna have to keep buying boxes for them to end up in the trash.

Hi Bwaindrain,

There are several steps you can take to try to isolate the issue. It sounds like you've tested different devices with the power adapter, which was a great step to take. If possible, use a different charging cable with the power adapter. Also, try plugging the adapter into a different outlet.

If the issue persists, the next step would be to take it into an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for inspection.
