Do kids with Apple Watches have phone numbers?
When you set up an Apple Watch for a kid in your family sharing group, and they don’t have their own phone, so they have their own phone number for their watch?

The watches need to have the Cellular option
You will need to ensure that your cellular/mobile provider will support Family Sharing and will issue the additional numbers to each child. Call them before you do anything.
