Apple Air play was deleted by accident, how do I reinstall it?
Airplay was deleted from the mac and now I cannot reinstall it from the store. How do I get it back?

AirPlay is integral part of macOS, and it has no separate component to delete.
On OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 (2012) or later, find the icon for AirPlay Screen mirroring in the menu bar, on the right. It depends on activation (☑︎ Show mirroring options…) in System Preferences﹥Displays﹥. It also depends on detecting any AirPlay receiving devices on your home network.
On macOS 12.0 Monterey or later (or was it Big Sur?), the interface has been redesigned and grouped into Mac Control Center in the menu bar.
Select Apple apps offer in-app AirPlay support: iTunes, QuickTime Player, Safari (for web video), and on modern version macOS in the Mac Apple TV app. Find the icon for AirPlay in the player window controller.

To what model device did you intend to stream using AirPlay? Verify that AirPlay is activated on that device. AirPlay options may get hidden on the Mac if no receiving devices are found.
