Blurry 3x telephoto lens camera on iPhone 14 Pro

A 3x camera on my iPhone 14 pro won’t focus in cold weather conditions (around -10 Celsius). I tried to shoot outside (in good light conditions, sunny day), camera just got blurry (lens are clean, it’s not a frost or condensate problem) and when I tried to focus by tapping on a display this blur just got worse, restarting camera app and even restarting iPhone didn’t help. Then after it’s been indoors in a warm conditions for some time a 3x lens started to work fine again, and then after a few minutes of outdoor shooting it didn’t focus again. What is it and what to do to fix it?
