Iphone Imessages are not syncing to my MacBook Pro.

See this article: Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices - Apple Support


Your phone and Macbook Pro must be logged in with the same Apple ID.


On your Mac, do System Preferences > General (Monterey OS and older) and check the box indicated in this image:



In Ventura, click General in the sidebar, then click AirDrop & Handoff on the right. Same checkbox.


On your Phone, go to Settings > Messages and scroll down to Text Message Forwarding:




That should do it.
