Hi demetrich290, welcome to the Apple community

I hope you are doing well 🤗

There could be a variety of reasons why your Apple Watch is not charging. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Make sure that the charging cable is properly plugged in to both the watch and the power source.
  2. Try using a different charging cable or a different power outlet to see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Check for any debris or dirt on the charging port of the watch and clean it if necessary.
  4. Try charging the watch while it is turned off. If it charges while turned off but not while turned on, there may be an issue with the software on the watch.
  5. If none of these steps help, try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Power Off slider. Then, drag the slider to turn off the watch. To turn it back on, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

If none of these steps help, it's possible that there is a hardware issue with the watch or the charging cable. In this case, you may need to contact Apple for further assistance or take the watch to an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
