iPhone 14 pro max or iiPad pro 12.9" stuck loading in finder over wifi

So Im trying to use the "sync over wifi" for a really long time

when I try to sync using finder, finder will show me that its loading for eternity then it says that it has failed to connect to my iPhone, all my devices are on the same network

I tried to turn the setting off and on

restarted all my devices + router

It never works and having to use a cable is so annoying, I hope it has a fix because this is nerve racking

If you're Mac is connected to Ethernet with an adaptor, disconnect that device and connect to your W-FI network, than try again.

Make sure both devices are connected to the same network. If you have a multiple band router that offers 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections, both your Mac and the device you're syncing should be on the same.

Try restarting all of the devices involved, including the router.

If the issue persists, we recommend that you contact Apple Support, who can investigate and assist further.
