iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 16.2 Photo Freezing Issue

Hello All,

I noticed this occurring in iOS 16.1, but thinking 16.2 will fix the issue, I updated it and I am still having issues. I noticed when I am taking photos in the photo selection, the screen takes a while to show up, and also once I take a photo, it seems the entire photo app just freezes and I cannot touch anything. The photo I have taken also doesn't save in the photo library.

I also attempted to use the front-facing camera and that works fine. The rear-facing camera seems to be having an issue. Is this a common issue with iOS 16?

Things I have done so far:

1. Restarted the iPhone
2. Conducted a hard reset
3. Forced Quit the App
4. Confirmed I have enough space on the iPhone
