I was talking with apple support and they told me to do screen share. I dnt know how safe is that coz before they never asked me that. And i ended the call, i dnt know the screen sharing is also ended or not or i need to manually end my call but how??? I switched off the phone and put in airplane mode also. Its safety and privacy issue. May be i look stupid but dnt wanna compromise with privacy issue.

If Apple support asks you and you agree, they download a small app to your device. After that, they could see the screen on my Mac - just the screen. They couldn't do anything. They told me to click on whatever and they could see the result.
And, as soon as we ended the call, they could no longer connect or see my screen, so it is quite safe. In fact, the small app disappeared.

I have screen shared from my iPhone to an Apple Support representative. From what I remember, it was just the normal screen share using FaceTime but it may have been done through the Support App. I don't remember if I first had to acknowledge a privacy disclosure for that but definitely had to before initiating a remote service analytics session (not sure what exactly it was anymore).
I can't find the disclosure I agreed to but remember it mentioning that private info was scrubbed so the Apple Support technician couldn't see some personal information from my iPhone or iCloud.
Apple called me. I had problem with the unknown payment and they schedule the call on the chat. I never had screen share before on call so i was confuse that if they put screen share after ending call also… Are they watching my activities on my phone now?
Did you initiate the call to Apple or did thry initiate the call for a reason unknown to you,
