Apple support's article (link below) tells how to use Focus > Do Not Disturb in iOS 16

Seems you turn it off the same way that you turn it on:

Go to Settings > Focus.

Tap Do Not Disturb.

Tap the time / schedule that Do Not Disturb is set for, to turn it off.

NB: A handy way to check:

When you have Do Not Disturb turned on, a crescent moon icon  appears in the status bar and on your Lock Screen.
