What if i can't update the new version of iphone

Why is it i can't update the new version of software update it say's verification failed and im not connected to the internet. And my cellular has ERROR detected since friday afternoon until now i don't have a signal.

Update downloaded fine but then gets stuck on verifying update for over an hour. Have reset using the up volume, down volume, power hold until Apple logo appears. Deleted the update from iPhone storage page in settings, redownloaded update and same thing happened. Is there any known fix for this? My iPhone is currently useless without cellular as I will be away from Wi-Fi the next few days. Any help is appreciated, thanks !

Problem Validating 15.7.7 Update on iPhone 7 Can’t use cellular until update completed. My phone won’t validate due to an error message re: no Internet connection, even though I am connected. I’ve tried turning things off/on, update is still stuck.

An iPhone 7 plus can't be upgraded beyond 15.7.2.
