QuickTime Player no longer can share my iPhone's screen

MacOs - 13.1 (22C65)

iOS - 16.1.2

QuickTime Player - Version 10.5 (1150.4.1)

Previously, I used to mirror my iPhone's screen to my MacBook using QuickTime for business calls purposes. But after the Ventura update, I cant seem to do so anymore.

I have tried the following -

1) waking up my iPhone

2) killing any streaming app in my iPhone ( Disney+, YouTube)

3)pluging in and out my USB C to Lightning cable (iPhone receives charges and Finder do recognise the iPhone)

4) restarting my phone and my mac

5)restarting the QuickTime Player

6)Reset Location & Privacy in iPhone and redo the Trust Your Computer process

The "The Operation couldn't be completed' error pops up whenever I try to mirror my screen.

Please do help!

Hey there arasyid1809,

Does this only happen when using an app to make calls? If you're connecting with a cable, try a different cable: QuickTime Player User Guide

Have you tried connecting to another network and testing to see if the issue resolves? If not, test that and if the behavior is different, the issue may be network related.

If it continues to give you an error, reach Apple Support using the following link: Contact Apple

Take care.
