iCloud storage limit problem

Hello. I paid and bought iCloud+ 50GB Storage and have approximately 36GB free space but I still get a notification "storage full" and push me to buy upgrade.

First just try powering your device off and back on again.


Or: log out of your Apple ID, log back in & it should do the trick.


Make sure you know your Apple ID and Password, write it down on paper. Get Two-Factor Authentication turned on, and create and Apple ID Recovery Key. Settings > Name at the top > Password & Security > Account Recovery > Recovery Key. It’ll prompt you to write down the 28-character code & keep it in a safe place just in case.
