AirpodPro second hen purchase and Apple Music 6 month free subscription

Hi,

I have bought last month a new Airpod Pro second gen and I have seen an ad that with the purchase the Apple Music subscription will come as a gift.

I am a loyal user of Apple Music for many years but yesterday the direct debit has charged me the monthly fee, which is now even higher than it was.

I want to get this 6 months of free subscription because that was one of the reasons I upgraded my Airpods, otherwise you will use a loyal member of Apple Music community and will choose the other competitor.

I think you misunderstand the function of this forum. This is a user-to-user forum. Mrokircredsz is another loyal Apple user who voluteers their time on these forums to help people. All of this was explained in the terms of use when you registered for the form.


While you may not like the answer you received, it is, nonetheless correct. No one here in this user-to-user forum would know why Apple has decided it works this way. All we can tell you is that it does.
