Can I locate a stolen phone
if a phone is dead is there a way to still locate it? My daughters phone was stolen.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
It might show you the last known location where the battery died and you can look for it the old fashioned way. I hope this is some help.
