Energy usage and heat fan etc

When simply watching YT or reading a newspaper the fan comes on, despite a cool room temperature. This is new since the current Ventura 13.1 update. Never happened before.

on a MacBook Pro 13 inch, 2019, 1.4Ghz, quadCore 5i.

Anybody else have this new "characteristic" ? I assume the next update will optimise energy consumption again. But it is noticeable that the heat comes on for minimal computing power.

Try resetting the system management controler
