Dictation auto correcting to something wrong.

I realize this question has been asked before, but I haven't found a good answer. When dictating text messages, it is not uncommon that every message requires editing because the AI changed correct text to incorrect text.

One of the most common is "and he went shopping" changed to "and you went shopping." Sometimes the changes are non-sensical. Once it changed "Did Duke get Okafor?" (a basketball recruit) to "Did Duke get plague?"

Today I said "he wanted to get a six pack" referring to the abdominal muscles. It wrote it correctly initially, then changed it to "he wanted to get the cheapest six pack." I just want it to keep what I dictated and not change it to what it thinks I should have said. This is not new; it has never gotten better.

Hello MikeJ1066,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with Dictation. Follow the steps listed here to resolve the issue: Use Dictation on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

"If dictation isn’t sure what word it heard, you'll see a blue line under the transcribed word so you can check it for accuracy. To make corrections, tap the underlined word, then select the correct spelling. To replace a word, double-tap it, tap the microphone button , then say it again, and tap the keyboard button

To replace a section, select what you want to replace, then tap the microphone button  and speak again. To add more text, tap where you want to add new text, tap the microphone button , then speak again."

We hope this helps.

Cheers!

I don't get any blue lines, just a wrong word. I don't understand why there are so many errors. This afternoon dictating a message I said "he would describe her" and it wrote "I would describe her." I didn't catch it til after it was sent, so I dictated "he would describe her" again and it wrote "he would deceive her." It seems to be trying to guess what I meant and writing that.
