Being billed multiple times a month from itunes and apple directly being taken from my paypal account, when I have no subscriptions and when I go to my billing and subscriptions nothing shows up..... I get billed between $10-$25

I am constantly getting billed for things on apple that can not be shown in my subscriptions or billed... I've looked everywhere for the charges and no luck, I get charged every month $10-$25 a month for unidentifiable things from apple.com

I've tried emailing and support, no one answers me. I have searched all over for the charges but nothing. I don't have multiple devices either. Only account and only one payment attached to account.

I've changed passwords and everything multiple times and the transactions continue to show up....
