I try to install a virtual machine on my mac M1 ... with windows and Linux ...
maybe wrong ISO so I deleted them but, partitions remain on my Hard drive.
How can I remove them ?

Virtual machine guests are usually files, the files can be deleted, and guests aren’t and don’t need partitions.
If you want rid of partitions, back up everything, then remove the partition using Disk Utility.
If the partition does not clear, you’ll need to reformat the whole device and reload your contents.
