I am on my second pair of Airpods and each time after a few months the music when in your ears is very quiet even at full volume and you can hear the music very clearly from the outside at any volume. I’ve tried resetting them, cleaning the regularly, and trying on different devices and with different apps and don’t understand why this is happening.
