Triple Click is just not working so now I get stuck in Guided Access.

I put on Guided Access for the first time in a while. I managed to get into Guided Access. I expected to start with an options screen to set time limits, touch, time limits, etc. It however launched me straight into Guided Access.

Now in Guided Access, the triple-click is not working for me. I tried every variation of speed with no effect. Luckily, I could use Lost Mode to turn Guided Access off, but I would still count this as buggy!

Any help or advice about using Guided Access properly would be appreciated.
