how to understand what money is written off apple.com/bill. I didn’t take a subscription there and didn’t renew it, but they started withdrawing 1690 and 190 tenge from my card every month. I looked everywhere for these subscriptions, but did not find it. I looked for subscriptions in the Apple ID settings, but there were no subscriptions, please return my withdrawn money from the card, although I did not take any subscription to the Apple ID.

Who are 'they'?

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.

Also report to the police.
